As we approach our 20th year since we first opened our doors in 1994, I feel amazement and much gratitude when I reflect on the past and see where we are right now. I am thankful to the many people who have helped our company overcome countless difficulties and challenges to become who we are today. And while we have come such a long way for the past twenty years, I am full of anticipation of an even greater future resulting from our continuous innovations as we meet the challenges of an ever-changing economic environment and customer demands.

Edgemine has worked hard to become a leader in the women’s fashion industry in Los Angeles. And with our hard work, our company is poised to continue growing in new markets worldwide. We will never stop innovating in our quest to achieve our goal. Our goal is to never stop evolving to continue our growth into these markets. And as the need to become even more competitive grows, Edgemine will continue to acquire manufacturing facilities in various key locations around the world that are advantageous for global competition, in addition to strategically branding our lines.

BLU PEPPER

Edgemine went out to our first tradeshow in New York in January 2010 and received immediate feedback. From there, we kept growing and a new line, Blu Pepper, was officially launched that summer. The line started with a few hundred boutiques and has expanded to thousands of boutiques worldwide in addition to reputable retailers such as Urban Outfitters, Nordstrom, and more.

Combining great style and consumer conscious prices, Blu Pepper quickly gained a following amongst retailers for its fun, bohemian, vintage inspired styles. With our Blu Pepper girl in mind, our creative team designs with the goal to create a vintage inspired line that is not only fun and unique, but also versatile and easy to wear.

Fifty Street was launched in 2013 as a result of our desire to provide our customers with all current trends. The concept derived for Fifty Street is 'street casual'; aiming to cover all categories - from denim, sweaters, knit, tops, dresses, and more.

Fifty Street is our answer to the growing popularity of 'street style' and fashion bloggers. The line will be available to both Mine and Blu Pepper customers in our showrooms in the San Pedro Fashion District in addition to all of the tradeshows.

E&M was launched in January 2013 to answer our customers' needs. While working with our customers, we realized that there was a niche in our market that was missing: trendy, budget priced knits. With this thought in mind, we developed a line of junior, price point competitive knit wear that is cohesive with Mine.

E&M is one of our newest lines, but it already has a following amongst our customers and is growing into a reputable line in the Fashion District. This line is an example of our focus on our customers' needs to fill the void in the market that no one else can provide right now.

JOA

JOA is our first venture into the better market. We interpret the latest runway fashion trends within our collections to create a chic and casual line. Our designers are often inspired by labels such as Sandro, Isabel Marant, Phillip Lim and more. Our goals are to incorporate the latest trends into JOA and make it a much more accessible and easy-to-wear collection.

We launched the line in August 2013 and were selected by a reputable fashion forecasting site as one of the top five new brands at Magic August 2013. We are already working with some of the top retailers such as Bloomingdales, Lord & Taylor, to name a few. JOA is for the girl who loves fashion and wants to wear the latest trends, but may not necessarily want to pay the designer prices. JOA is our newest project and can be seen at trade shows such as Intermezzo, Coterie, ENK Vegas, etc.
